Claire's Kelly Green Nail Polish - $4.50 at Claire's stores

Wow, I didn't know this even existed till a few days ago. I've been on the hunt for the perfect Kelly Green since before I was even that big into green nail polish. I've been looking for one for St Patty's Day for at least three years, and still haven't found one till this. I originally went into Claire's looking for some Mood polishes for a swap with Dutch blogger which I'm super excited about, and this jumped out at me. It's got a very pigmented jelly texture, and applies beautifully. Two coats will truly do, but since I'm neurotic, I applied three. It's sort of like Illamasque Rampage, but only in that the color becomes more intense with each coat. Rampage is obviously much darker. I was afraid this would turn out to be more of a neon, but luckily no, just a gorgeous vibrant true green. It does however dry sort of matte like a neon, but it's nothing a good topcoat can't fix. The price is definitely decent; these polishes are $4.50 each and are usually BOGO50%off at Claire's. I picked up Mermaid along with this, and sadly I'm nowhere near as happy with that one, but that's a story for another day.
