Since you're reading this, you're an official makeup junkie, and as any makeup junkie knows; your good makeup days correlate directly to your good skin days. As much as we all love the quest for the perfect foundation, we would all probably drop foundation altogether if we could get our skin looking it's best. I sure would love to find a few holy-grail skincare products that would give me youthful glowing, even, moisturized skin and then use all that extra money on pretty lipsticks and shadows. I've been through thousands of dollars worth of different skin care products in my life, and I'm guessing most of you have as well. We turn to blogs and sites like MakeupAlley.com for reviews and advice from our fellow makeup addicts, but everyone's skin is different. Enter MySkin.com, your personal skin care advisor. You start by putting in your skin stats, and from there you can list all the products you use, or have used in the past, and rate those products, then MySkin.com will recommend products for you based on your ratings.

MySkin.com also has several other interesting features, such as a twitter-esque MySkin Journal, where you can talk about what your skin is doing today, and choose which of your products you used and MySkin will save it as a journal to make it easier to see patterns in your skin cycle and what products have given you the best results. In the journal, your city's weather is taken into account as well. Perhaps the humidity messes with your skin, the journal will take that into account and help you be more in touch with what your skin is doing every day.

The site can also break down the pricetag of your skincare "shelf" and your daily cost for those products. There are forums where you can talk to others who are trying to find their perfect skin care, and if any of your friends are members, you can suggest products that you think they might like with FriendBar.

MySkin.com is only open by invitation right now, but you can become a member of this free site with the invitation code BEAUTOPIA. I'd love for you to add me to your FriendBar as well, just click myFriendBar on the left of the page and put my email address in: beautopiamail@gmail.com.
