Deborah Lippmann Waking Up In Vegas - $15.80 at apothica.com
The Greige trend barrels on and Deborah Lippmann's version is super creamy and highly pigmented. Waking Up In Vegas is nearly a one-coater and is the perfect blend of beige and grey making it a no-brainer offbeat neutral nail color that will be perfect through the Fall and into Winter. I'm really into these dusky types of cremes and I was really happy with what a real winner this was. The application and tinge of warmth really make it luxurious and lovely to look at. Lippmann polishes are a bit on the pricey side, and while you don't always get what you pay for in any given brand, in this case I think it's a pretty good buy if you're into this sort of shade.
Below I've included some comparison pics between Waking Up In Vegas and the closest shade I had in my stash; Petites Color Fever in Vintage Grey as well as a couple wedding pics which I promised a while ago :D
In this pic is one coat of Vintage Grey on index and ring, one coat of WUIV on middle and pinky
And in this one is two coats of VIntage Grey on index and ring, and two coats of WUIV on middle and pinky. As you can see, WUIV is much more pigmented and is much more neutral than Vintage Grey making it a lot more wearable.

And here's a pic of me and my new-ish hubby upon our arrival to the reception. So yeah, we look a little tired already, and he hates having photos taken. I do too, but I tried to make sure to smile in each one and not try to hide from the photographer.

This is our daughter, she was flower girl/ring bearer

This is our cake. I made the ribbon and my husband beaded it with edible pearls and applied the ribbon. He also made hand-made pearl-topped pins to keep the ribbon in place. It was gorgeous. He really stepped up to the plate to make the cake nice after the bakery completely messed it up. We ended up with three tiers of cake with their sad attempt at decorating scraped off, a big tub of icing they gave us and the rest came from Michaels. That was a stressful little piece of wedding day history for us...
Here is my bouquet with our rings in it. duh. lol
So there you go, a few wedding pics as promised :D

Lovely sweetie
Happy Marriage :xxx
