This mani was a product of the mania that follows all polka-dot manicures; more polka-dot manicures, as well as both my daughter's and her dad's birthdays this week.  I used: Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear White On for the base and the dots are China Glaze Heli-yum, Color Club Explosive, China Glaze Four Leaf Clover, Orly Calypso Breeze and China Glaze Grape Pop. I also used a dotting tool that I got from 8ty8beauty.com.
