Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I bought RBL Scrangie, I like it, but it's not blowing me away like I'd been expecting. I think I had it on a pedestal, lol. The bottle color is gorgeous, the aqua shimmer stands out from the purple base and is absolutely gorgeous. On the nails, however, I feel like it mixes into the base a little too much and it makes the polish seem almost muddy. Additionally, the application on this polish is tricky, which is in stark contrast with the other RBL polishes I've tried which lay down evenly and smooth. This polish drags around a bit and is prone to bald spots. This is three coats and i feel like the base of my nail is a little lighter than the rest, like all the polish was dragged down during application. I also got a bunch on the sides of a few nails near the cuticle which usually isn't a problem for me. These are flash pics because the lighting outside is horrific, but personally i like the way the flash makes it look better than the way it looks in natural light. In natural light it's more of a midtone. Props to Scrangie for the awesome design, because the color in the bottle is really terrific, but the polish itself isn't what I expected. I'm glad I got it on sale for half off.
