It's been forever since I've done a polka dot manicure, and after my daughter requested one as her manicure, I really was in the mood to do one. They're so cute, and simple, and the color combinations are endless. Here I've used Rescue Beauty Lounge Teal for the base shade and Illamasqua Muse for the dots. I also used a dotting tool that I ordered from www.8ty8beauty.com.
My favorite polka dot manicure I've done was with Orly Cashmere Cardigan and China Glaze Agent Lavender. I loved the dusky and soft quality of it.
I tried to go for dusky again but a little deeper and more sophisticated in shade. I don't mean work-appropriate when I say sophisticated, so keep that in mind.
this last photo is what it looked like most of the time indoors. I really liked how subtle it was since the polishes were only a couple shades off from each other.

This is so cute! Beautiful!
